- Orders placed during high-demand periods, new launches, or festive sales may require additional processing time.

Shipping Partners

- We work with trusted courier partners across India to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

- Within India: Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the dispatch date.
- We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we are working to make global deliveries available soon.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

- Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the link provided in your confirmation email/SMS.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to reflect on the courier partner’s website.

Delays & Exceptions

- Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions).
- In case of unexpected delays, our customer care team will reach out with updates.

Address & Delivery Information

- Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided during checkout are accurate.
- Suit n Soul is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
- For lost parcels, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and resolve it promptly.
