Returns

Currently, Suit n Soul does not accept product returns. We are in the process of developing a simplified return system that will be launched soon. Until then, we request your understanding and support.

Replacements

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a replacement.
- Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order by sharing clear photos of the issue.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product or the closest available alternative.
- Reshipping charges will apply and must be borne by the customer.

Refunds

At this time, Suit n Soul does not process refunds under any circumstances. All eligible cases will be addressed only through replacements.

Why don’t you offer returns or refunds right now?
Suit n Soul is a new brand, currently focusing on quality and process improvements. To keep operations smooth and efficient, only replacements are offered at this stage. This approach helps in quickly solving issues and maintaining product consistency while we build a full return system.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If the item is damaged, defective, or not what was ordered, Suit n Soul will provide a replacement of the same product after reviewing the issue. Simply share photos and details within 3 days of receiving your package. Replacement shipping costs will apply.

Why do I have to pay for reshipping?
Since returns are not processed right now, customers bear the shipping charges for sending the replacement. This policy is in place temporarily as we work to improve our processes and customer options.
